CURRENT OPENINGS
We are seeking a full-time exempt NETWORK ENGINEER
In this role, you will be a leader on the team who is responsible for all network deployment projects, network design, wireless access point and backhaul design, evaluation of new wireless and XGS-PON technologies, CPE standards, capacity management of access points and fiber network circuits, and maintaining the management network. You would also serve as a senior engineer to support internal Tier 1 and Tier 2 team members.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Network design and planning to include fixed wireless technologies and fiber deployments. Documentation of design projects; Site Design RF Analysis; Method of Procedure for routine maintenance; Working with peers to identify issues within the network; Quickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal/external issues; Work with the team to ensure the work is adhering to improving processes. Other related duties as directed.
Requirements for Position

Associate’s degree or equivalent
-
Wireless, networking, or XGS-PON experience with an emphasis on design and planning

Adaptable to fast-paced, high-change environment
-
Organizational skills
-
Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and message systems

Must demonstrate personal accountability; be punctual for appointments and meetings

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Fast-paced, environment with multiple changes to schedules and fluctuating priorities.
