Hill Country Wireless & Technology is built on a dream and an attitude of “There’s no need to wait for someone else; we’ll just do it ourselves”. HCWireless is locally owned and operated by David McCullough and his wife, Ginger McCullough. Both David and Ginger have worked for ‘Corporate America’ for decades while each of them possessing an opportunistic attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit. Each in their own way decided there is a better life outside of ‘Corporate America’ and this is where the journey began.
Ginger has owned and operated a retail shop on the Santa Fe Plaza, while living in Santa Fe. She also has managed a cattle ranch in the Texas panhandle and most recently she has been a Wine Club Manager for a local winery. David has had a career as Chief Technology Officer for large banks and media companies all the while operating several small companies on the side, includes a trucking company and a cattle ranch.
Providence has brought David and Ginger to Johnson City to build a business that servers the needs of our residents and businesses. Each are inspired to make our community better, by volunteering their time and expertise. It was early on that we realized the technology struggles of our community and it was the philosophy that is deeply rooted into how we live as Texans, “We have the knowledge and we can fix this.” Hill Country Wireless & Technology was born.
